3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices on our Website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery Information
4.1. We offer free shipping on orders above AED 500 within the UAE. Orders below AED 500 are subject to a shipping fee of AED 30.

4.2. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days, excluding Fridays and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

4.3. We deliver to the address provided at the time of order. Please ensure that your address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@mbsindustry.com.

5.2. Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or damaged upon receipt.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method.

5.3. Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
